According to one of his sons, Don Anthony “Tony” Reid, his father is most likely the oldest living person in Missouri.

Loren Reid's children attended U-High, including:  Jane Ellen Gold ('51), John "Kit" Reid ('54), Stephen "Steve" Reid ('58), and Don Anthony "Tony" Reid ('63).
